About Dave

My name is Dave Gutierrez and I was born and raised in the Bay Area.
Early in my career I was a Union Carpenter and helped build up Silicon Valley and the Bay Area Region. Prior to leaving the construction industry, I worked in Construction Management and obtained a General Contractor License.

Switching careers, I studied during nights and weekends to obtain new skills and earn certifications in the Computer Industry. My experience in computers range from Desktop Support, System Administrator, IT Security and IT Manager.

During my career I worked on several projects involving Real Estate Flipping/ Remodeling and I enjoyed watching TV shows on home flipping. I really enjoyed the hunt for the right area and the right property. This motivated me to get into Real Estate.

My Hobbies

I love watching and playing all sports….with football being my favorite.
I love being in nature….from the ocean to the mountains.
I am a dog lover and enjoy training dogs.
Helping Hands - I feel it is a duty to take care of the elderly, disabled, widows, etc. I volunteer with a local church to assist those in need.
